In the morning, I took a bike ride with Nunzia.  It was slow and flat, but lots of fun:

20.2 miles,  10.6 mph.  Time: 1:54:03.  Calories: 688.  Average heart rate: 119bpm 

 

When we got home we took a little jog/walk: 1.8 miles.  Very slow.  15 minute pace. 

We took another ride in the evening with the kids and with Dixie and Steve.  Here are the stats:  6.92 miles on the bike. 56 minutes. 7.4 mph. average heart rate: 109.
